Meditate with MAÄT

Meditating with a group is powerful - it amplifies the benefits of meditating on your own! We're holding weekly meditation and breathwork sessions led by MAÄT co-founder and CEO Fiona Devaney, who has over 20 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation.

+ Sundays at 8pm EDT (we’re open to changing it based on feedback).

+ Sessions will be short and sweet (10 - 15 minutes) to make it easier to carve out time.

+ We’ll try out different techniques, with a focus on straightforward practices that you can easily do on your own.

+ We're starting with a small group, which will make it easier to fine tune the experience.

+ We’ll meet on Zoom with cameras off.
