Wellness for Mother's Day

This Mother’s Day we’re thinking about the best way to support mothers and all those who mother. Caregiving is tough, with moms often sacrificing their own well-being to make sure everyone else is taken care of. 
Wellness is a gift you must give yourself - no one else can do it for you. With this in mind, we created a list of small lifestyle changes to help you increase your sense of well being: 
* go to bed early/earlier
* switch out your coffee for green tea (or drink less coffee)
* drink less alcohol (or even cut it out entirely)
* intentionally move your body every day
* schedule some quiet time every day so you can start to hear your own voice. We all know what we need, but it often gets hidden under ideas about what we think is expected of us or what we think our lives should look like. 
If you’ve thought of making these (or any) lifestyle changes but haven’t, here’s a podcast that dives into the science of why we procrastinate. You’ll also get some tips on how to get started with whatever you’ve been putting off.
